Dr. Leong Moh Yiing is the esteemed founder and medical director of Adora Clinic. In addition to her comprehensive medical qualifications, Dr. Leong also holds the Letter of Credentialing and Privileging, a permit bestowed by the Ministry of Health that authorizes her to perform medical aesthetic procedures in Malaysia.
Since delving into the field of medical aesthetics, Dr. Leong has made it her mission to assist clients in maintaining their youth and vigor through holistic approaches. Over the past decade, she has garnered extensive experience in treating a myriad of skin conditions, such as hyperpigmentation, scars, sagging skin, hair loss, wrinkles, and fine lines. Furthermore, she holds the distinct honor of being the first officially appointed PicoWay Laser trainer in Malaysia.

CERTIFICATION
LCP Certified Aesthetic Clinic
Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) in aesthetic medical practice in Malaysia. This is a certification that is required for medical practitioners who want to practice aesthetic medicine in Malaysia.
To be eligible for the LCP, practitioners must be fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council, have a current and valid Annual Practising Certificate, have a minimum of two years of clinical experience as a medical officer (or equivalent) after full registration, and be free from any disciplinary actions.
Practitioners who pass the LCP assessment will be granted a Letter of Credentialing and Privileging, which allows them to incorporate medical aesthetic services into their practice and get registration into the national registry.

Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Koh Khai Luen
Dr. Koh Khai Luen is a certified Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon at Kuala Lumpur General Hospital, a tertiary public hospital in Malaysia. He graduated from International Medical University (IMU, Malaysia) and furthered his general and plastic surgery training at University Sains Malaysia (USM, Malaysia).
Post residency, he went on to complete multiple fellowship in the field of craniomaxillofacial (AOCMF, China and the United States), and also ISAPS Fellowship at Stuttgart, Germany in the field of facial plastic & rhinoplasty.
He is currently an active trainer for plastic surgery residents in Malaysia and an active member of various local and international societies. He was elected the National Secretary of ISAPS for Malaysia in year 2023.
He organizes many local workshops and seminars in Malaysia and speaks at multiple local and international stages on various topics. His special interests are reconstructive microsurgery, fat grafting and regeneration, oriental blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and facelift.
